We want you to be completely satisfied with your SkyLimit eSIM purchase. Due to the digital nature of our products, our refund policy is based on the installation and activation status of your eSIM.

Eligibility for Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The eSIM QR code has not been scanned or installed on any device
  • You request the refund within 30 days of purchase
  • You encountered a technical issue that our support team could not resolve

Partial Refund or Store Credit

You may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit if:

  • The eSIM was installed but never activated (never connected to a network)
  • There was a documented technical issue preventing normal use
  • The request is made within 14 days of purchase

These cases are reviewed individually by our support team.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available when:

  • The eSIM has been installed and data has been used
  • The validity period has begun (first network connection)
  • The issue is due to device incompatibility (please check our compatibility page before purchase)
  • The device is carrier-locked
  • You changed your travel plans after installation
  • Network coverage varies from expectations (coverage is carrier-dependent)

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number and email address
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours

Refund Processing

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • Cryptocurrency: Refunds will be issued as store credit due to price volatility
  • Store Credit: Available immediately and never expires

Exceptions and Special Cases

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent your eSIM from working, please contact our support team first. We can often resolve issues remotely or provide a replacement eSIM at no additional cost.

Incorrect Purchase

If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan (wrong country or data amount) and have not installed the eSIM, we can exchange it for the correct plan.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase, we will refund one of the orders, provided neither has been installed.

Top-Up and Add-On Purchases

Top-up purchases and data add-ons are non-refundable once applied to your eSIM.
