This initial program will cover many of the topics that will help you to become better rounded, and will equip you with tested tools to improve your work, wellbeing, and social life.

We believe that learning should be social so this will not be a solo journey. You will join a community of other users so that you can share tips, encouragement and support throughout the experience. Our bite-size daily coaching is designed to fit into your daily routine. By working on this every day together with other motivated people you can consistently improve your life and build positive habits that will help you for years to come.
We will guide you through important topics that will help you here and now, and for the rest of your life. In the first part of the course, we will focus on the tools to help you with your immediate problems and responsibilities. You will feel more in control of your world, and will begin to notice that you have more time and energy than before. In the second part of the course, we will focus on your future, and will help you to think of how you want the adventure of your life to look. We are using innovative career planning approaches based on recent studies from Stanford University and positive psychology. We will help you reframe the whole job seeking experience. You will set goals and create an actionable plan to reach them. With this blueprint you will start doing the things that you believe will make you feel more fulfilled, and turn your ambitions into reality.
